LECTURE

- Double Exposure & Image Blending Mode -
Double-exposure photography merges images to create surreal or emotional effects, often featuring silhouettes. It’s easier than it looks and can be done on camera or with Photoshop, allowing endless creative possibilities.

Tilt-Shift Effect -Transform the photo into a soft work of art
Filter > Blur Gallery > Tilt-Shift

Fake Reflection - creating a double exposure with the help of a separate window photo.
Filter > Blur Gallery > Tilt-Shift

Experiment with simple portraits and details textured
Combining something plain with something complicated

Convert to Black & White
A lack of colour will strengthen the emotions in your double-exposure images.

Work with Silhouette
create a unique composite image

Pick two random photos
A lot of double exposures photography were happy accidents.

Make simple objects look fascinating
enhance imagination

Use shadow
Shadows are as effective as silhouettes in this genre.

# Blend Modes
Working with blend modes is usually experimental. Since results are hard to predict, you often try different modes and adjust fill opacity to achieve the desired effect.
